Is there a charge for the initial physician consultation?

A $50 one-time fee will be  charged for your initial physician consultation at the time that you register and set your initial appointment.  If the physician determines that ketamine therapy is not an appropriate treatment for a prospective patient, the $50 physician assessment fee will still be charged for the patient visit.
