The ideal environment is private, quiet, and free of interruptions. Our Tripsitters are experts on helping you create a peaceful environment for treatment where you can focus on yourself and your emotions during the session. Holding your treatment sessions in a private room that is dimly lit can help set a peaceful intention for the treatment session. We recommend lying down during treatment sessions. Many of our patients utilize headphones and sleep masks, as well, to help block out stimuli.
